Paranormal Romance with some spice.
I enjoyed this story about a Selkie and a human. I loved their relationship, but sometimes Ian seemed a little wishy washy on putting in the effort to help his selkie partner learn how to be human. There is A LOT of talk about food, which I realize is something new for Kelsi. I feel like the plot was a bit stalled for a while, it was just her learning how to be human. They worked through the emotions of having a inter species relationship. I think i would have liked to see a little bit of a heavier plot, and left me wondering if Kelsi ever saw her family again.
I loved how deeply they cared for each other and were bonded.
