Josie and her twin sister were young teens when her father was brutally shot in their home. Soon after their mother runs away to join a cult. Years later an investigative journalist is digging further into this mystery creating drama.

Thoughts:

🔦it got a bit boring in the middle and I had to switch genres for a bit. But I came back to it when I was ready.

🔦digs into the complex relationship between sisters how you can be angry with them but still want to protect them.

🔦reminds us that witness testimony can be faulty. Memories are complex.
