I really wanted to be blown away by this one. I asked to me on the ARC team for this one. I love steamy romances and thought I might like this one
Thoughts:
👑The characters were teenagers, I was thinking that with adult content they would be a little more adult.
👑Everyone and I mean EVERYONE hides the truth from the MC, and for the most part she just lets them. She just wasn’t the strong female character I was hoping for, maybe because she was just so young (17yo)
👑The beginning was a bit slow for me, there were just so many secrets that even at the end of the book we have very little clue what all is going on.
👑The spicy scenes did not disappoint and brought a lot of heat. She has an unexplainable draw to Rohan who may or may not be a bad guy, we just don’t know. Really we don’t know much.
