Tropes in this book: next-door-neighbor, best-friend’s brother, grumpy-to-sunshine, one bed, friends-with-benefits, millionaire, celebrity male MC.

This is such a good story about two MCs that each have their own struggles and must overcome those in order to be better for the other. I’m not. A big fan of the self-deprecating male MC “she deserves better than me” but maybe that’s just because most people I know are a little selfish.
